i have been taking adderall for almost 2 years and due to some other health issues, i believe the adderall has been helping deplete the vitamins in my body. I have been med free for about a week and a half now and its been tough but im pretty positive so far. Well, i dont want to be med free forever but i want to find a healthier alternative without so many drug and food interacctions. Anyone have any suggestions? Im leaning toward herbals and supplements if that helps at all, hoping someone has some experience they are willing to share.thank you |

Wonder if you are doing this while speaking with your doctor. Also wonder if exercise-cardio is helping you as you move to more natural methods. When you say "tough" what kinds of things are you experiencing? |

How could a stimulant deplete vitamins? I would be careful with herbal remedies as they are not scientifically studied the same way. Sometimes we just don't want others to know we are taking a medication, to avoid judgement and stigma, so think natural ways will sound better. YOu will know if they work or not compared to the Adderall, there are other options besides the Adderall too. Maybe try something different.? also, is there another diagnosis not being treated, like depression or anxiety? good luck |

I have been using Spark Energy Drink and feel like a new person. It is packed with vitamins and keeps me focused. I have started distributing it. Texas Tech did a study that found it to provide the same or better results as medication, without the side effects! www.advocare.com/11053902 is where you can get it. Here is the link to the study conducted by Texas Tech: http://www.advocare.com/11053902/Pdf/TXTechSPARKAbstract.pdf |
